Wayne Allyn Root to Headline Kickoff to Secretary of State Race A strong Libertarian party is a form of free speech and free assembly, and ballot access one of the most important aspects of our party spreading the message of smaller government. The LPIN attains automatic ballot access by receiving 2 percent in the Secretary of State race. In these times of bailouts, increased taxes, and bigger government, the Libertarian Party must be stronger than ever.
